- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and chopped
- 200 gm paneer (indian cottage cheese), cubed
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 -inch ginger, grated
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, (adjust to taste)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon ghee or cooking oil
- salt to taste
